The Fornacina Wine Estate has always cultivated its vineyards using natural methods, paying particular attention to protecting and respecting the territory.
In 2004 the company received the official Certification to produce wine from organically grown grapes (Controlled by ICEA- Code B1295), confirming that the quality of their wines and their close ties to the territory are a topmost priority.
The I.C.E.A (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification) carries out inspections of the Winery on a regular basis. Controls are performed on all phases of the organic farming production chain, guaranteeing consumers that the products have been inspected according to European regulations.
